this is a pictorial guide on how to clean your grouphead on your pulser.
you
would be surprised how easy it actually is. in fact it takes longer to
build a picture guide than it does to clean your group head.
after reading this you will have no excuse for a dirty group.
step one: make your group head dirty
step two:
pry out the group head. use a towel or something to "pad" the group as
you pry the screen out by the groove. possible tools: paint can opener,
flathead screw driver, etc.
step three: scrub the screen with a brush. NO SOAP - just friction.
the screen after cleaning.
step four: scrub the group with a brush. NO SOAP - just friction.
the group after cleaning.
step five:
re-assemble the screen and gasket parts and replace in the group. lock
in the PF a couple of times to make sure everything is seated properly.
also pull a couple of blank shots to check it out. then pull a sink
shot to season all the metal.
Make another shot and savor the flavor of your clean group.
enjoy. |
